Fruitland H.S. Music Building

Fruitland, Idaho

A new 7,800 s.f. music facility designed by CKA is now complete on the Fruitland High School campus. The building is the home for the high school's award winning music programs. The district has a very active and successful K-12 music program with this facility being the finishing touch of community support. The new facility was occupied in the spring of 2006.

The band and choir rehearsal rooms are complemented with individual practice rooms, recording room, instrument storage and offices. The CMU exterior and roof lines were designed to tie into the adjacent gymnasium facility.

A new parking lot expansion project was designed with the marching band in mind. When complete, the parking lot will have unique striping to simulate football field striping so that the marching band can practice routines.
