Greg Castellaw has professional architectural design experience in commercial, retail, health care, religious, residential and educational facilities. His commitment to quality design and personal service coupled with the integration of current building and technological advances has proven to be a winning combination with each project.

Greg is actively involved in community and professional organizations. He has contributed articles regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and incorporated ADA updates to numerous buildings. Greg enjoys evaluating technical systems and played an integral role in the Masonry Institute's performance testing of a high energy efficient masonry wall system utilized in the Clarkston Heights Elementary School.

Laurance H. Kom, AIA

Larry Kom has built a strong portfolio of experience covering a wide range of building types during his architecture profession. His strong commitment to quality design, personal service, immediate response and regular on-site visits is a recognized element throughout all projects. Larry provides leadership and direction to each project including staffing and scheduling, cost control, contracting and communication. His strong belief in developing a solid working relationship with contractors, subcontractors, clients and the project team is integral to the success of his projects.

Larry's extensive background includes a range of projects from a 38,000 square foot distribution center and main post office to custom home design. His project background includes many projects in health care, education, commercial, multifamily residential and religious design.

He has completed thirteen projects that involve Idaho Community Development Block Grants and has been certified as a grant administrator by the State of Idaho. Other certifications include State of Idaho Certification for International Energy Code Plan Reviews.

His experience with building materials and systems include wood framing, concrete tilt-up, load bearing and veneer masonry and steel frame. He enjoys working with the challenges of difficult site constraints and believes that the most innovative design solutions often are borne of the most difficult and limited design problems.
